**TERMS for online purchases**
PAYMENT - Payment must be made with 3 days of web purchase.
DELIVERY - Shipping of goods via Aust Post within Australia has an ETA of 3-5 days.
RETURNS - Please choose carefully as there is no refunds if you change your mind.
If item arrives damaged or fails to meet the description outlined on the website*
(*colour not included - as colour can vary from different screen resolution), the
office is to be notified within 2 days of receipt of goods. Item must be returned
with a copy of the original invoice and a request for return must be forwarded to
the office before goods are mailed back. Goods MUST be returned within 7 days
of notification in the new and un-used condition.
Shipping costs are NOT eligible for refund.
